Plunge into Arts & Culture in 2025

Arts & culture contribute to the liveability of our region, it is a way to share our stories, generate civic pride and bring people together. Since 2013 more than 2000 events have been hosted and held across the Clarence Valley region each April.

Save the Date: The 2025 plunge Festival will run from 29 March through to 30 April 2025.

Plunge into arts, culture, and change – because together, we can rewrite the narrative, one stitch, one story at a time.

~ Clarence Valley Council December 2024

The 2025 plunge Festival Program will be released in early February online and distributed through Clarence Valley Council offices, libraries, and galleries as well as arts and cultural businesses and organisations throughout the entire region.

This LQ Event Rummage #3: Autumn will be featured in the 2025 Program with thanks to Clarence Valley Culture; so don’t miss your chance to have your Rummage Stall in the 2025 print program as well as shared across the wider Northern Rivers arts regions!

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING CIRCULAR FASHION:

Inspired by trailblazers like Zoë Gameau and driven by a commitment to social change, the Lizard Queens are turning fashion and creativity into a force for good. Born from the powerful lessons of the 2013 Rana Plaza tragedy, these second-hand-rummages-flea-white elephant-collectables-thrifting events are all about challenging fast fashion and celebrating mindful, meaningful clothing choices.

You are helping to extend the lifespan of your pieces and letting them live a new life with someone else!  We recommend any item of clothing you purchase is worn at least 30 times to encourage consumers to abandon fast fashion’s overconsumption and replace it with a slower approach to clothing.

Your financial support towards booking an Autumn Stall, subscribing to a Lizard Lounge membership, buying a workshop ticket, attending an event, or simply sharing our platform allows us to host the Lizard Lounge & pop-up events across the Coffs Coast, Clarence Valley & beyond.

Supporting and engaging creative, neurodiverse and dreamy days for all Lizard Lifestyles.
